According to Taylor:
From the remains of an inscription on the eastern face, it was built A.D. 643 by a certain Othman: with the exception of the date, no other part of the record was legible.[1]
Comments
Although this inscription had generated a lot of discussion but it failed to provide a sustained interested due to lack of a photograph.[2-4]
