This milestone was found near the church of Abū Ghōsh. It is made up of limestone and shows five lines, with probably three or four lines missing at the top and the upper right corner.

Contents
The translation of the inscription is:
- [Has ordered the repair of] the road and construction of [the milestones];
- Servant of God ʿAbd [al-Malik],
- Commander of the Faithful, [may God's mercy be on him].
- From Iliya [i.e., Jerusalem] to this milestone (there are)
- seven [miles].
